Using a predetermined set of locations and cadence, our team is deployed to execute a thorough initial merchandising visit as well as information intake.  From there, regular visits continue the flow of information and ensures the product is always well presented.

Our Ambassadors are exceptionally talented Visual Merchandisers, blending artistry with purpose to create alluring displays that magnetize customers. Equipped with a keen understanding of current trends, our Ambassadors transform the retail space into a dynamic landscape that eloquently balances form, function, and brand identity. Each detail is thoughtfully considered, resulting in a harmonious blend of style and strategy that not only captivates customers but also optimizes sales.

MANNEQUINS & SIGNAGE

We work closely with the  retailers Sales and Visual teams, leveraging relationships to optimize mannequin representation, placement of signage,  and acquisition of additional  display fixtures to amplify the sales  potential in every square foot of the retail space.

STAFF & CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

To cultivate a strong feedback loop between customers, sales staff, and brands, our Ambassadors engage directly with sales staff and customers to gather first-hand experiences, observations, and feedback.  This information is then meticulously analyzed and transformed into actionable insights for brands.   The feedback can inform the production or design process, supply chain management, pricing decisions, marketing strategies, and more.  It creates a continuous improvement cycle that ensures the agility to adjust offerings to meet the evolving consumer expectations and market trends.  

STOCK MAINTENANCE

Our Ambassadors extend beyond creating aesthetically pleasing  display layouts. A vital part of their job entails restocking products to maintain steady availability and managing the back stockroom in an orderly fashion. They spend time dealing with inventory, ensuring all products are represented and in sufficient numbers on the shop floor while neatly organizing surplus stock in the backroom. This back-end work is crucial to mitigate the risk of product shortages, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Our Ambassadors are expert trainers. Partnering with retailers, our team hosts morning training sessions to relay your brand messaging, product details, and selling features.
We turn retail staff into ambassadors for your brand, by bringing important product and brand knowledge to the team of sales associates that interact directly with customers.
In addition to dedicated training sessions, our Ambassadors conduct "Minute-Clinics" with staff throughout the department and store, grabbing a few minutes of their time to talk to them about your brand and products.
These more intimate, and less formal on-the-floor training sessions offer a quick injection of knowledge to store selling teams and ensure your brand is always top-of-mind for associates selling your brand!

RECAPS

  • Review detailed information including images and feedback from the time spent in store.

    Floor positioning, brand competitors, merchandising notes, scope of work completed, and direct feedback from staff and customers are included in each store visit recap.

  • Before and after images show you what was done in each area of the sales floor and backstock, and feedback information is delivered in an in depth but to the point layout.

  • You can trust that the information being funneled back to you is pertinent and delivered to you while it's fresh. Real-time information for your brand to react quickly.

FOCUS DAYS

We are not just great at training sales staffs and merchandising product, our Ambassadors are also dynamic sellers that will bring your brand to life on the sales floor!
They’ll always help a customer while busy merchandising, but we also offer full or half selling days to support special events, trunk shows, or simply to give sales a boost!

SALES CONTESTS

Retailers love contests because it drives the associates to sell by incentivizing them.
It also empowers the associates to become brand experts. 
We will run your sales contest from conception through execution.
